She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen M. Arblaster (Snyder) and Robert L. Arblaster; her husband Bill; and her siblings-in-law, William Braatz, Jim Parish, George Dean and Phoebe Parish.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ragnelli (Richard) of New Castle, Bill Dean of New Castle and Bryan Dean (Jeanann) of New Castle; her grandchildren, Shelby Fester (Brian), Layn Dean, Wyatt Dean, Angus Dean and Aberdeen Dean; her sister Mary Ann Braatz; her siblings-in-law, Sally Makerevich (Pete) and Phillip Dean (Cindy); and her great grandchild Tenley Fester. She is also survived by nephews, and loving friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Eastbrook Village Church (2412 Eastbrook Rd, New Castle, PA 16101).
