He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Baxter and Virginia Baxter (Chestnut); and his wife Betty Lee Baxter (Beezhold). He is survived by: his children, Robert J. Baxter (Betty) of Tupelo, MS, Beth Marie Abbondandolo of Crystal City, MO and Briana Lynn Little of New Castle; and his sister Betty Ann Baxter Holzgaphan of Chicago, IL.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandson.
