She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Minto and Willavene C. Fleeger Minto; her son Robert Rager; and her brother Robert Minto. She is survived by: her husband Dwight R. Rager, Sr.; her children, Rhonda Rager and Dwight Rager, Jr.; and her siblings, Donald Minto and Donna Magliocca (David). She is also survived by six grandchildren.
