He was predeceased by: his parent Steve Kramer; and his brothers, Steven Kramer, Thomas Kramer and Robert Kramer. He is survived by: his parent Agnes Shuffert Kramer; his wife Leona Ann Cwynar; his stepchildren, Gary Erwin (Marsha) of Kentucky and Marlene DiGennaro (Gene) of New Castle; and his sister Irene Sainoto of Tennessee. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
