She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Fiacco and Jennie Fiacco (Tooch); and her siblings, Albert Fiacco, John Fiacco, Pete Fiacco, Lena Fiacco and Anna Rita Fiacco.
She is survived by: her niece Lanette Tarnaski; and her nephew Gage Tarnaski of New Castle.
