He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Frasso. He is survived by: his mother Vergie L. Davis; his wife Diane Shaffer; and his children, Phillip Frasso Jr. (Nicole) and Leeanne Lutton (Ryan). He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16107). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
