She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmo Christopher and Helen Pape Cook; her husband Joel Duncan, Sr.; and her son Joel Duncan, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Duncan (Julie) of Winchester, VA, Robert Duncan (Marci) of Hollywood, FL, Damon Duncan (Shelia) of New Castle, Maureen Dottle of Hollywood, FL and Bridget Waskin (Steve) of New Castle; and her sisters, Joann Lavender (William) of Columbiana, OH and Carol Moses of New Castle. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
