She is survived by: her children, Gary Blakely Jr., Gwen Blakely (Maryjane Domenick), Kristen Blakely (Christopher Fornataro) and Matthew Blakely (Kathy); her siblings, William "Barney" Lastoria (Georgine) and Alice Womer (Merle); and her grandchildren, Arica, Chelsea, Marissa, Desiree and Shawn. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
