With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha I. Aiken of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 28, 2023 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Martha I. Aiken to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Cifra and Anna Brilla Cifra; her husband James E. Aiken; and her siblings, Frederick J. Cifra, Helen M. Tebay and Ann B. Megan.

She is survived by: her children, Jane E. Snyder (Stew) of Warren, PA, Nancy E. Aiken of New Castle, Timothy Aiken (Valerie Johnson) of Brookeville, MD and Patrick J. (Donald Blouin) of West Greenwich, RI; and her grandsons, Daniel J. Snyder (Erica) and Travis Snyder of Pittsburgh, PA. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Methodist Ministries, or the New Castle Public Library.
