She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Azara and Rose Adams Azara; her husband Joseph A. "Chuck" Macri; and her siblings, Phillip, Charles Azara (Chaz) and Frannie Farris.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Candice Macri (Donald Rozman), Chaz Macri (Maria) and Martisse Macri (J. Hall); and her grandchildren, Antonio, Dante, Azai and Meko.
In the early years Marlene had worked as an Administrative Assistant for the American Cancer Society and Mother Against Drunk Drivers.
