He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Turner and Lorraine M. Turner (Smith); his son-in-law Thomas Agostino; and his sister-in-law Bonny Turner. He is survived by: his wife Melanie Rose Turner (Miller); his children, Marcy Turner of Butler, Devon Turner-Agostino of Harrisville, PA, Justin Turner (Valeria) of Italy, Mark Turner of New Castle and Brian Turner (Adelle) of New Castle; his siblings, Bill Turner (Kathy), Tom Turner of New Castle and Margy Turner of New Castle; and his grandchildren, Collin, Carrie, Olivia, Owen, Madison and Riley.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the R. Cunningham Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (2429 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16105). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
