She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Biddle and Jean Ann Biddle (Hutchinson); her husband Gordon Flak; her daughter Jean Ann Flak; and her brothers, Richard Biddle and William Biddle.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Flak of New Castle, Michael Flak of New Castle, Christine Flak of Erie and Suzann Aeschbacher (Michael) of New Castle; and her sister Lori Biddle Dillon. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
