She was predeceased by: her father Claire Barnes; and her husband William O. Mullins, Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Nora Barnes (Mohan); her sons, William O. Mullins, Jr. (Nina) of Edinburg, Justin D. Mullins (Madi Watson) of New Castle, Jacob I. Mullins of New Castle and Brandon M. Mullins of New Castle; her granddaughter Starly Mullins; and her siblings, Norman'Butch'Barnes (Robin) of Hillsville, Patricia Karns (Dolph) of New Castle and Rae Carpenter of Edinburg.
