Tinstman of New Castle, Pennsylvania, born in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 1, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Short and Elizabeth June Short (Wilson); and her brothers, Victor and Donald Short. She is survived by: her children, Amy Allshouse (Brad) of Neshannock, Margaret Tinstman of New Castle and Evan Tinstman (Chrystal) of Neshannock; and her grandchildren, Emily, Brandon Allshouse, Bella and Sophia Tinstman.
The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Sara Jane Foundation.
