She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer T. Tinstman and Bertha Truby Tinstman (French); and her husband Joseph Earle Locke. She is survived by: her children, T. John Locke (Annette) of Gibsonia, PA, Christopher W. Locke (Jeanne) of Malvern, OH and Caroline F. Locke-Anderson (J. Bruce) of New Castle, PA; and her grandchildren, Heather E. Anderson, Kelsey Federer (Jordan), Megan Anderson, Elizabeth Montgomery (Joshua), Christopher Locke (Chelsea), Kacey Lewis (Cameron), Jordan T. Locke and Brittany Locke. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
