She is survived by: her significant other John A. Ady; her pets, Charlotte and Stella; her siblings, Nicole DeSantis of Butler and Ralph Slepski (Tonya) of Butler; and her nieces and nephews, MaKaela, Isaac, Cody, Emma and Tyler.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (429 Center Ave, Butler, PA 16001). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
