He is survived by: his parent Patricia Ann Werling (Hill); his sons, Anthony Michael Hill of New Castle, Julius Alexander Hill of New Castle and Joshua Troy Hill of New Castle; his stepchildren, Casey Joseph Stamp of Los Angeles, CA and Sarah Marie Stamp of Warren, OH; his sister Ashley Elizabeth Burnell (Aaron Cutler) of New Castle; and his close friend Arty Wagner.
