He is survived by: his wife Carol Boak (Conti); his daughter Terra Boak of New Castle, PA; his brothers-in-law, Dale McCormick and Frank Conti; his nieces, Kimberly Ritchie (Paul) and Rachelle Harrison; and his nephew Ryan Boak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
