He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford C. Kinney and Charlotte Kinney (Miller). He is survived by: his children, Michelle Luchs of Las Vegas, NV, Pamela Rimboeck (Wolfgang), John William Kinney of Miami, FL, Jeffery William Kinney and Michael Kinney. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
