He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Jamrozik and Tresa Jamrozik (Vericella). He is survived by: his daughter Katie C. Beighley (Dan) of New Castle; his grandson Owen D. Beighley; his sister Jacqueline Schweikert (Patrick) of Sand Springs; his nieces, Samantha, Izzy and Andrea; and his nephew Jonathon (Teri).
