He was predeceased by: his parents, John DiThomas, Sr. and Margaret Ann Russo DiThomas. He is survived by: his son John J. DiThomas, III; and his siblings, Richard DiThomas, Joseph "Hooker" DiThomas (Marlene) and Patty Burns (Ray).
