He was predeceased by: his father George White; and his grandson Mitchell White. He is survived by: his mother Sadie Swyer White; his wife Shirley E. Pieroway; his children, Kimberly White and John White (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Joshua (Sarah), Edward, Ashley (Tom), Megan (Jacob) and Troy; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Junior; his siblings, Gloria, Bob (Joyce), Sharon (Harold), Curtis (Ginny), Brent (Karen), Keith (Ruth), Craig (Cheryl), Ruby (Jeff), Arlene, Judy (Carson), Shelly (Alan) and Scott (Monica); and his in-laws, Roy, Jimmy, Frank, Carolyn, Connie and Donna (Mark).
Donations may be made in Jack's name to the American Heart Association or an Animal Charity of Donor's choice.
