He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wayne and Florence McCormick Bartley. He is survived by: his siblings, Wilda Stelter (Robert), Daniel Bartley (Carol), Travis Bartley, Elaine Martz (Aaron) and Carter Bartley; and his pet Rosie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
