He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Houk and Carolyn Houk (Lawton); his daughter Kenzie M. Houk; and his brother Russell Houk. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Susan Houk (Burns); his daughter Jennifer N. Kraner; and his siblings, Willard Houk, Jr. and Barbara Bradley of New Castle. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
