He is survived by: his wife Mary "Sis" Boyd; his children, Patrick Daniel Baxter (Melissa) of Pitcairn, PA, Justun Boyd Baxter (Natalie) of Irmo, SC, Michael Joseph Baxter (Megan) of Longwood, FL and Milissa Marie Roper (John); his siblings, Tom Baxter and Mary Ann Medved; and his grandchildren, Dylan, Donovan, Braydon, Jack and Max.
