It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Lee Herbin of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 18, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold D. Foust and Melba D. Herbin; and his stepson Kelly. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Herbin of North Carolina and Harold Herbin, Jr. (Francine) of North Carolina; his stepsons, Ulysses Walker (Arriba) and Sanford; and his siblings, Shelva Conwell, Ernestine Royal, Sharon Wheeler, Wilbert Herbin and James Lamont Johnson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Prevailing Word World Outreach Center (114 Oakland Ave, New Castle, PA 16101). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
