He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Karen Bartberger. He is survived by: his parents, Micah Worek and Brittany Worek (Duffield); his siblings, Micah Worek, Jr., Sophia Peterson, Amariana Peterson and Gianna Worek; his grandparents, Jamie Bartberger and Daniel Duffield; and his great-grandparents, Willie Bartberger, Tina and Steve Worek.
