He is survived by: his wife Kim Menning (Sizer); and his siblings, Jack Menning of New Castle, PA, Deborah Gordon (Charles) of Tampa, FL, Elaine Menning of Sun City, FL, Susan Menning of Sun City, FL and Kimberly Menning of Apollo Beach, FL.
