He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Baker and Margaret Sproull Baker; his wife Barbara A. Buonpane; his granddaughter Kelly Baker-Piatek; and his siblings, Jack Baker, Jean Berkheimer and Agnes Currie.
He is survived by: his children, Frank E. Baker, Jr. (Lori), Rosanne M. Berry (Randy) and Steven P. Baker (Jonica); his brother Robert Baker; and his grandchildren, Michael Baker, Nikolas Berry (Rachel), Elizabeth Baker, Steven Baker, Jr. and Gabriella Baker.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (3000 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16107). A procession was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Will Leave the Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Camillus Church (314 W Englewood Ave, New Castle, PA 16105).
