It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Charles Turner of New Castle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 24, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank W. Turner and Wanda Turner (Whitmore); his wife Ruth A. Turner (Hill); and his sister Kay Chamberlain. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Linda Ridge (Steve) and Earl Williams (Janet); his brother-in-law Charles 'Chip Chamberlain; his nieces, Joy Hill (Jason) and Michelle Fee (Patrick); his great-niece Sabrina Fee; his great-nephews, Michael Hill, Patrick Fee, Jr. and Sean Fee; and his grandchildren, Shanna McNicholas, Megan Pollum, Jennifer Patton, Georgeann Semans, John Williams, Damian Williams and Dustin Williams. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
