He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Fobes of New Castle, PA and Scott Fobes of Las Vegas, NV; his sisters, Ablin Frengel (Joseph) of New Castle, PA and Roxann Seh (Rusty); his sister-in-law Jorja Fobes; and his grandchildren, Dominic Fobes and Nevaeh Fobes.
