He was predeceased by: his father Everett P.; his wife Barb Barker; and his daughter-in-law Jeannette Barker. He is survived by: his sons, Everett E. Barker, Jr. (Vicki) of New Castle and Jon Barker (Mary Kay) of Wampum; his brother Alan Barker (Linda) of Vallejo, CA; and his close friend Pearl Brest. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
