She was predeceased by: her parents, Lallian Pitzer and Evans; her husband Edward M. Hartman; her sons, Ronald A. Hartman and Raymond L. Hartman; and her brothers, Ralph E. Evans and Wesley L. Pitzer, Jr..
She is survived by: her stepfather Wesley L. Pitzer, Sr.; and her sons, Edward C. Hartman of Youngstown, OH and Steven M. Hartman of Panama. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and a number of great-grandchildren.
