He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Marshall and Beulah Marshall; his son Greg; his sister Peg; and his sister-in-law Barbara Zeigler.

He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth 'Betty Marshall; his daughter Wendy Shaffstall (James) of Cincinnati, OH; and his grandson Edwin Joseph Shaffstall.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to Bell Memorial Church, in Edwin's memory.
