She is survived by: her children, William F. Fazzone (Karen) of Poland, OH, Cindy A. Harris of Tomball, TX and Denise L. Wetzel of New Castle; her grandchildren, Jason Fazzone, Jaime Fazzone, Christina Harris, Chance Harris and Leslie Wetzel; and her great grandchildren, Mariah Gayem, McKinley Carlisle and Terenzio Lyles.
