He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Green of New Castle, Tammy Staph of New Castle and Angel Blake of New Castle; his sisters, Shirley Hardie of New Castle and Mary Louise Reed of New Castle; and his former wife Susan Blake (McAnallen). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
