It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Mooney (New Castle, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 1, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur I. Seymour and Linda Seymour (Thompson); her husband Ralph Mooney; her children, Sheila Lin Lloyd (Brian) of Woodstock, VA, Elaine Miodowski (Geoff) of Linden, MI, Kevin David Mooney of New Castle, Gordon Mooney (Lois) of New Castle and Douglas Mooney; her brother David Seymour; her sister-in-law Ruth Seymour; and her sister Grace Struck. She was also cherished by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
