She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Champ and Madeline Champ (Frank); her husband Lester D. Malizia; her son Lester D. Malizia; and her granddaughter Gabrielle E. Malizia.

She is survived by: her children, Maureen A. Donaldson (Frank Turco) of New Castle and Floyd T. Malizia (Lisa) of New Castle; her grandchildren, Brandon P. Donaldson and Ashlee N. Sidorchuk (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Charlee, Maverick and Remi.
