Donna L. Montgomery Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna L. Montgomery (New Castle, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 11, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis S. "Lou" Kline and Della P. Kline (Mershimer); her husband Art Montgomery; her daughter Diane Dittmer; and her grandchildren, Rachel Vatavuk, John Carl and Shawn Carl Dittmer.
She is survived by: her children, William Dittmer, Jr. (Bonnie) of Madison, ME, Shirley Davidson (Ken) of Hubbard, OH, Jeanne Vatavuk (Rick) and Donna Branca (Ralph). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Donna worked as a bookkeeper at Silverman's Shoe Store in Downtown New Castle, and later in life, worked as a caretaker at the Bair Foundation in New Wilmington.
