He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Parshall and Genevieve Parshall (Schallenberger); his brothers, Richard and Ronald Parshall; and his granddaughter Kristina Parshall.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara C. Stepp Parshall (Malis); his children, Kelley Alberti (John) of New Castle, Donald Parshall (Tammie) of Woodbridge and Daniel Parshall (Lori) of Wampum; and his former wife Shirley Weingartner Parshall. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
