He was predeceased by: his father David J. Wagner, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Thelma L. Wagner (Carlson); his former wife Kelly J. Wagner (Reed); his grandmother Marjorie Carlson of Florida; and also, Zayna Ray Wagner of New Castle, Danika Jayd Wagner of New Castle, Dennis, Andrea Wagner, Leyton of Enon Valley, Amber, Kenny Hink, Brendon, Adrionna and Bailey of Poland, OH.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Independent Church (424 E Moody Ave, New Castle, PA 16105).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Jay's daughters, Zayna and Danika. Donations can be made in the girls name, and mailed to Dennis Wagner, 2738 Enon Road Enon Valley PA 16120.
