He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Todd and Loretta Reidy (Shriver); and his brother Joey Todd. He is survived by: his wife Connie Todd (Coci); his children, David P. Todd (Tricia), Lesly Borrelli, Karla Beckman (Glenn) and Scott Todd (Tammy); and his siblings, Cathy Buck (Marshall), Ed Todd (Tracy) and Tim Todd. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (3000 Wilmington Rd, New Castle, PA 16107). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Camillus Church (314 W Englewood Ave, New Castle, PA 16105).
