He was predeceased by: his brother Eugene C. Fye, Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Fye and Lorraine M. Fye (Smiley); his nephew Chase Perrine of New Castle; and his sisters, Crystal M. Genareo (Sam) of Jackson Center, PA, Casandra A. Lascola (Buddy Moore) of New Castle, Charnie Gonzalez (Ricardo) of New Castle, Samantha M. Fye of New Castle and Mary Jo Fye of Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
