He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Toney and Ruby Toney (Jacob). He is survived by: his sisters, Deanne Passaretti (Edward) of Mars, Denise Fabek (Mike) of Youngstown, OH and Debbie Cestrone of West Middlesex. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
