Brown of New Castle, Pennsylvania, born in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 12, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard F. and Mary A. Brown (Gosline); and his brothers, Leonard L. and Kenneth C. Brown. He is survived by : his wife Mary "Madge" Rihn; his children, Kathleen Leber (Timothy) of Myersville, MD, Tammy Ecker (Edward) of Allison Park, PA, Nanette Croll (Michael) of Milford, PA and Patrick Brown (Lori) of Pittsburgh, PA; and his grandchildren, Brent, Bryce Leber, Patrick Ecker, Edward Ecker, Joshua, Seth, Shannon Croll, Kayla and Noah Brown.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Northminster Presbyterian Church, 2434 Wilmington Road, New Castle, PA 16105.
