She was predeceased by: her parents, John Klingensmith and Eleanor Campbell Klingensmith; her husband Brant Buchanan, Sr.; and her siblings, Peggy Lombardo and John Klingensmith.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Gramsky, Eddie Gramsky, Audrey Clow (Carmen), Lori Fennell (Alvin), Jeanine Buchanan and Jennifer Morgan (Zack); and her brothers, Charles F. Klingensmith, Sr. (Patty Jo), Paul, Brandlee Klingensmith and Tommy Klingensmith (Middy). She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, twenty-two great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
