He is survived by: his wife Lori Kingston Pistachio; his sons, Dan of New Castle and Ryan Pistachio (Ashley) of New Castle; and his siblings, Barbara Couse (Clint) of Warren, PA, Rose Marie Putrino (Gino) of New York, Joe (Margaret) of Florida and Samuel "Sal" (Linda) of Maryland.
