She is survived by: her former spouse Casper Cooper; her husband Cleveland Howell; her children, Barbara Owens of New Castle and Rev. Cleveland Howell (First Lady Brenda) of Buffalo, N. Y.; and also Rev. Cleveland P. Howell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren, and a host of great- great- grandchildren.
