He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Young and Mary Lee Young (Blue); and his brothers, Ross Blue and Oliver Blue. He is survived by: his wife Delores G. Young (Goode); his children, Victor R. Young, Deborah Young, Denise McHenry (Raymond III) and Eric Young (RaeLynn); his nieces, Temika Coley and Melissa Watson; his nephew Elisah Watson; and his son David M. Young. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
