Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (941 S Mill St, New Castle, PA 16107). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
